At the Russian Chess School, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for our members. Please carefully review our return policy, including information on our 7-day free trial, cancellations, and billing terms.

 

1. 7-Day Free Trial

  • All new students are eligible for a 7-day free trial of our courses.

  • During the trial period, you will have full access to course materials to explore and evaluate our offerings.

  • If you cancel within the 7-day trial period, no charges will be applied to your payment method.

 

Note: After the trial period ends, your payment method will be automatically charged unless you cancel within the trial period.

2. Cancellation During the Trial Period
​

  • To avoid any charges, please cancel your enrollment before the end of the 7-day trial. Failure to cancel before the end of the trial period will result in automatic billing for the selected subscription.

  • You can cancel anytime within the trial period by following the instructions in your account settings.

  • Upon cancellation, access to course materials will be discontinued, and no charges will apply.

3. Billing After Trial Period
​

  • If you remain enrolled after the 7-day free trial, your payment method will be automatically charged for the selected subscription.

  • This is a recurring subscription, and charges will continue based on the subscription terms (e.g., monthly or annually) until canceled.

4. Refund Policy
​

  • No refunds will be issued after the trial period ends. Continuing your subscription beyond the trial indicates your commitment to the course.

  • Exception Requests: Refunds may be considered for exceptional circumstances, such as illness or emergencies. To discuss potential refunds, please contact us at dina@russianchessschool.com.

5. Automatic Renewal and How to Cancel
​

  • Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually).

  • To avoid future charges, you must cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date by following the cancellation instructions in your account settings.
